Versatel, a dutch telephone company, launched a new service to deliver interactive TV via ADSL. I designed the user interface, inline with corporate identity, and developed features and functionality. The main challenge was to familiarize the user with the new user interface metaphor built off of the layout of the numbers 1-9 on the remote control.
