Spinal cord stimulation can offer great relief to patients suffering from chronic pain but it is difficult to administer because of the complexity and uniqueness of the anatomy. Intelect Medical came to Gestalt to help them deploy a new visualization technology for use in their programer software. Gestalt crafted an interface that offered clinician better insights, guidance and efficiency. We captured certain routines from the workflow of the visit into the affordances of the software. The immediate result is a better tracking and measurement of pain. The long term results is a smart personalized algorithm for optimal therapeutic settings.
